A new milestone in Olmix Group’s investment in Russia

St. Petersburg, May 24, 2018

The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF, the sovereign wealth fund of the Russian Federation), CDC International Capital (CDC IC) and Olmix Group have signed a EUR 15m loan agreement on Thursday, 24th May 2018, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in the presence of Russian President Mr Vladimir Putin and French President Mr Emmanuel Macron.

This loan is designed to support the increase of the Group’s production capacity in St. Petersburg, to expand its presence in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States and to introduce new product ranges into the Russian commercial market.

About the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF): The RDIF is Russia's sovereign wealth fund established in 2011 to make equity co-investments, primarily in Russia, alongside reputable international financial and strategic investors.
