Two years after the last in-person edition of the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), Olmix Animal Care teams will be back to Atlanta from January 24-27, 2022.

Both our U.S. and International teams will be present at our stand in Hall B, booth B8727, from January 25-27 and showcase our innovative, algae-based technologies and solutions for the animal industry. Challenges related to feed efficiency, immunity and gut health, mycotoxin risk and environmental hygiene will be addressed, with unique solutions dedicated to on-farm and in-feed use.

Prior to the Expo, our latest poultry scientific findings related to mycotoxin risk will be presented at the International Poultry Scientific Forum (IPSF), taking place on January 24-25. In 2019, Olmix initiated a longterm research program with Pr. P. Guerre from the Veterinary University of Toulouse (ENVT, France) in which the deposit of fumonisins in broiler tissues was investigated, with or without feeding Olmix Algoclay technology (combining algae and clay). The first outcomes of this research program have been recently published in Toxins (Laurain et al., 2021) and make a breakthrough in the understanding of fumonisin toxicokinetics in broilers. Ms Maria Angeles Rodriguez, Olmix For Feed Product Manager, will be sharing the results from this study together with practical solutions to manage mycotoxin risk in poultry production. The presentation will take place on January 25, 2022, at 08:00 AM in room B315.
