The company has released several products for immunity and mycotoxin risk in the country.
Attended by more than 250 professional experts, consultants, veterinarians and producers from the livestock sector, the 2-day Olmix’s Launch Seminar, held in El Cairo from 4-5 February, was the official opening of the Olmix Group’s business adventure in the country.
Through several conferences and technical presentations, Olmix Group shared the latest advances on its innovative technology ‘Thanks to Algae!’ and presented those products to be commercialised in Egypt through its distributor Elyoser.

Searup® and Algimun®, from the Olmix’s Immunity range
Olmix Group has launched both products, which aim to boost animals’ immunity and reinforce their natural defences.
Searup® combines the action specific algal sulphated polysaccharides able to boost natural defenses (Olmix’s MSP®IMMUNITY), vitamins and amino acids. MSP®IMMUNITY helps build a stronger immune response by activating specific receptors in the innate immune system. Used in drinking water (Searup®) in start-up periods (weak or highly challenged immunity), times of stress (transition of building or feed) or during vaccination, this product has demonstrated its ability to produce a more homogeneous immunization response, reduce animal mortality and improve growth performance.
As for Algimun®, it continually reinforces animals’ natural defences to make them more robust, and resistant to everyday stress. Algimun® optimizes growth performance and improves profitability. Algimun® associates MSP®BARRIER, which enhances the barrier function of the intestinal mucosa and reduces the invasion of pathogens, and MSP®IMMUNITY.
MTX. AA, for mycotoxin risk management
As a worldwide expert in mycotoxin risk management, Olmix Group has also launched MT.X AA, one of Olmix Group’s mycotoxin binder.
